How your contribution will be measured

 

In keeping with our culture of work life balance, your contribution will be measured by results and not by the number of hours you spend in the office.

 

However in our work, meeting clients' deadlines are paramount and in order for these objective to reconcile, your work will constantly be benchmarked against  various factors, including

 

  • Punctuality

  • Attention to details and ability to follow instructions

  • Time management abilities

  • Historical vs your time costs taken for completion of work, taking into account your level of experience and qualifications

  • Quality of work completed

  • Mannerism in carrying yourself, dealing with clients and colleagues
