Letters of recommendation/references

We encourage our colleague to work in different fields or practice environments to expand their skills and business acumen. Some of our colleague have gone on to the Big 4 or commercials and are still in close contact with us. We welcome and value the opportunity for them to come back and join us with their expanded skill sets. We are a family firm and take pride in our excellent relationships with many of our ex-colleague.

However this is entirely voluntary on our part and our policy in no circumstances should be construed to imply an obligation on us to do so, especially in cases where the candidate work performance is less than satisfactory.
